Subjunctive adalah kata kerja yang digunakan untuk membayangkan
akibat dari sesuatu yang tidak ada atau tidak terjadi, yang dapat berupa wish
(harapan), requirements (kebutuhan), dan suggestion (saran). Atau dengan kata
lain, makna kalimat subjunctive ini selalu berlawanan dengan kenyataan atau
fakta.
