CONDITIONAL SENTENCE
conditional sentence is a sentence that expresses a wish, hope, plan, etc that may be possible, unreal or contrary to the fact or impossible.

A.    Type I
·         If + simple present tense, + Subject + will + verb
·         S+ will + base verb + if + simple present tense

Example:
1.      If I see Dian, I will call her.
2.      If I cook rice fried, Danu will eat it.
3.      If Nana buy new novel, I will read it.
4.      If Asih give money, I will buy chocolate.
5.      If you do not finish your homework, your mother will be angry.
6.      If they invite you, will you come?
7.      You will punish if you not do the assignment.
8.      I will write a message if you need my report.
9.      I will drink if I am thirsty.
10.  If I have money, I will treat you.

B.     Type II
·         If + simple past tense, + Subject + would/could/might + verb
·         S+ would/could/might + base verb + if + past tense.

Example:
1.      If it rained tomorrow, I would sleep all day.
2.      If I studied hard, I would pass.
3.      If I married Agus, I would happy forever.
4.      I would dancing if I bought new dance song.
5.      I would buy a sport car if I had much money.
6.      If Dina didn’t study hard, she wouldn’t be passed.
7.      If I don’t have money, I wouldn’t ate 2 days.
8.      If it rained tomorrow, I would watch the movie at home.
9.      I would  sweep the floor if I had many times.
10.  If Yuli bought new handphone, she would treat me.

C.     Type III
·         If + past perfect + Subject + would/should/could/might have + past participle.
·         S+ would/should/could/might  have + base verb + if + past perfect.

Example:

1.      If you had remembered to invite me, I would have attended your party.
2.      We would have a big problem if Roni had told my sister.
3.      If you had came in my home, I would have gave you some meals.
4.      If Mother had slept in the bedroom, I would have played playstation.
5.      I would have cooked  if you had came in my party.
6.      If he had asked for forgiveness, would you have forgived him?
7.      If             Rina had wrote a letter, I would have read it.
8.      I would have watched television if Dion have slept in the bedroom.
9.      If it hadn’t been raining, we would have played football.
10.  Mita would have went to market if her father had sent her much money.

Active causative:
Subject + (have - had/make - made/let/help) + Object (person/ orang) + Verb 1

Pasive causative:
Subject + (have - had/get - got) + Object (thing/ benda) + Verb 3.

i.        I had my dress clean by my mom.
j.        Rian had his father send some money for shopping.

3.      Make
Example:
a.       My teacher made me apologize for what I had said.

  5. The manager makes her staff work hard.

4.      Get
